Here's the honest mechanics of it: some doors cost us a little more to build than others, and we eat that difference instead of reopening the number in your living room. Flat pricing only works if we hold it. So we hold it.

About our pricing
How can one flat price cover different doors?
Because we only sell one tier of product - Vista Security Screens systems with marine-grade 316 stainless mesh, no downgrade option - and our own team does every measure and install. That consistency lets us price the product instead of pricing the customer. Some doors cost us a little more to build, some a little less; it evens out on our side so the number never moves on yours.
What counts as a standard opening?
Nearly every residential door in Orange County. If your opening is genuinely unusual - an oversized custom pivot entry, an arch, a multi-panel wall of glass - we'll tell you before anyone visits and put the real number in writing. What we won't do is quote you a teaser price and revise it in your living room.
Why do you publish prices when most companies quote in person?
Custom-fabricated products are traditionally priced job by job, in person. We'd rather you have the number first. Publishing one flat price keeps our quotes consistent from house to house, saves you an appointment just to learn a price, and makes us easy to compare with anyone. It costs us the flexibility to ever adjust a number in your living room - and that's the point.
How are security window screens priced?
By glass size, and the math is public: $825 per window installed covers up to 8 square feet, which is most bedroom and ground-floor windows. Bigger windows add $100 per additional square foot. Width times height in inches, divided by 144, is your square footage - or let the calculator on this page do it in ten seconds.
Is the in-home measure really free?
Yes, and with no obligation. You keep the written quote either way. Since the price is already on this page, the visit is about millimeters and color samples - nothing else.
When do I pay?
Nothing at the measure. A $250 deposit reserves your fabrication slot - fully refundable until the free measure confirms your final quote. The balance is due after your install passes your own walkthrough. Exact terms appear on the written quote.
Do you offer financing or monthly payments?
No. We sell at one flat installed price - $2,475 for a hinged door - paid as a refundable $250 reservation and then the balance after the install passes your own walkthrough. Some competitors advertise monthly-payment programs; if a monthly number matters to you, ask any vendor for the total you will have paid when the payments end, and compare that figure against a flat price. We would rather publish one honest total than a payment that hides it.
